howdy neighbor, this is for that other night you decided to play one of the multitude of sokkie songs just loud enough for me to get irritated at ......... you have from now until 1 minute before 10pm to enjoy it (I am considerate that way)


 
Hi all

I'm in Paarl for the week, came to visit the parents. The change in temperature from up in MP is crazy.
Looking forward to a week of relaxing. Won't be as active on the forum probably, but I'll check in from now and then
 
This is just a general warning, one of you might have to post bail tonight for me. I am going to find and kill the idiot who cannot fix the power to our house.

Oooh, that sucks! Do you have a generator? Did I ever tell you about my adventures with our house electricity for the past few months?

im also sooo stiff from bootcamp. the chick who does mondays really loves to give us leg excersizes.

yesterday was like run 100m
15 squad thrusts
run 100m
15 lunges (both legs count as one)
run 100m
15 jumping jacks
run 100m
do the above twice
then 5min water break

run for 200m
then 15 pushups
15 lunges(both legs count as one)
15 diamond pushups
15 squads
run 100m
then
15 sit ups
15 lunges
15 leg raises
15 burpees
run 100m
do this twice

every thing feels like jelly today

We had no power since 4pm yesterday and it came back only at 9... And they can't tell me what the issue is

HAHAHA and that is the Blue group(ie beginner) red did 20 of everything and green 25

i have to say i could not complete a lot of the exercises so like the push ups and leg raises. i could barely make 5 pushups and leg raises i could barely do 10 and the running part was an issue as well lol but a good workout non the less
