Coffee works, just don't bug me until I've had at least two cups. alternatively just arrive at my desk with coffee...proper coffee, not instant crap, hold the sugar and make sure it's not decaf.

I have cut down on coffee as well, at the moment drinking crappy nescafe since our coffee maker broke down at home and I havent bought a new french press yet.
But then again I drink lots of water as well. And have switched to RO water as well.

RO water?

Edit: Reverse Osmosis? Just realized. I hear they are depleted of minerals... You taking any multivitamins or anything as well?

Just drink damn tap water people.

I filter our tap water with one of these (the 32L version) with a 7 stage filter. Our water comes from a dam.

I've gotten so bored with water, I just got my sodastream canisters refilled, and a bit of kola tonic is actually pretty nice. Gonna start doing mint/lemon, maybe try some ginger 'beer' type concoctions... No more than 1L of non-flat, unflavoured a day though, I think. And green tea.

yes it is reverse osmosis water - had to switch our tap water has become undrinkable. If you leave for 5mins in a glass, it becomes very bad and undrinkable. It has a horrible chemical after taste, I gave it 2 months, since I used to drink our tap water by the liter. I take 2 types of multi vitamins so I havent found a lack of anything yet.
