OpenWeb has launched its new Titan uncapped ADSL service, offering free access to new subscribers in January

OpenWeb has launched a new uncapped ADSL product, called Titan uncapped, which only shapes traffic when the network is busy.

I'm not convinced. They could then at any time shape traffic and say it's because the network is busy...Which if people start thinking they can download the world will mean the network will be busy?

Titan is the entry level product yes
