Currently reading, started yesterday, The Shadow Rising by Robert Jordan.
That's what I'm reading at the moment, I keep wondering how it would turn out if they'd churn out a TV series for The Wheel of Time (I know there's no hope of that ever happening).
Universal studios have bought the rights to the WoT and that's pretty serious as they could have just optioned the rights. Brandon Sanderson says their doing the screenplay to it but I have my doubts. Each book would have to be a single movie and no studio would be crazy enough to commit the resources to finish the whole thing plus a few of the books from 6-10 aren't great. My ideal scenario is a television series of five seasons with 24 episodes each. Every season covering three books. Long enough to do justice to each book while finishing the whole lot in a time frame that is possible but I still see it as a long shot.
