Bigger tool kit that/to include what?
Hammers, multiple types of pliers, wrenches, spanners, nut/bolt sockets, drill + bits. If you call a handyman for every tiny little problem it's gonna get expensive.
So far what i got is.
Bed,1 frying pan, 6 classes, 2 cups, cutlery, a tv(don't ask) my pc/stand, Car, Basic screwdriver set, stripper, Networking stuff.
As raven said, a proper toolkit, you will be surprised how often you will be using it ;D
The rest seems to be covered.
Stripper??? Where did you buy that? I also want...
Seriously though, get a microwave. With a grill combo if possible.
You are also going to need someone who can read through and understand whichever rental contract you are given to sign. Generally it's not an issue, especially if you go through a reputable agency, but beware of private rentals. Some people will make you sign it with weird clauses in it.
Good luck!
And if its a flat ask the landlord for a rules list... it can sometimes be ridiculous...
The first flat I moved to, you couldn`t watch tv at certain times, braai outside, or wash your car.
but beware of private rentals.
+1One to definitely steer way clear of is Just Letting.
