Found on Roman dig sites throughout Britain, France and Germany, this is the Roman dodecahedron. Dated from somewhere around the second and third century AD, it is made of bronze, has 12 pentagon shaped sides with differently sized openings and on every corner except one, there is a little ball. Sizes vary from 4 to 11 cm.

No one really knows what they were used for. Candle holder? Dice? War weapon? Child's toy? Weather gauge? Astronomical instrument? Religious symbol? Breath mint? There are books and websites dedicated to properly identifying it, dissertations dedicated to unveiling the truth, textbooks and class curriculums spent arguing over what its function is. It can even be liked on Facebook.

The winner is foozball3000, for that 'right to speak' guess. Thank you. If you feel you do not have enough bags already, please accept this prize (or return to the usual address):

I'm gonna guess a heart rate monitor... (that being said, my actual thoughts are along the same line as everyone elses ;))

I'll be civil and say that it's a vacuum cleaner. Here to make the average housewife's life a lot easier on a day-to-day basis.

Don't stick anything up there, I doubt it's what your thinking, saying that I'm going with a very precise fan thing

I think it may be a radio of some sort. I see what seem to be tuning knobs, and a headphone jack, and the dodgy looking pink hole might be a bass duct

.....no I'm sorry, all I'm getting is a penis vacuum. it's even got a screen on top that shows you porn, very considerate.

Old way of tenderising steak... That hole is for steak/donkey/horse ( I don't know what they put into the meat anymore) and the knobs are for the different settings :D

Seeing thatit's standing next to a hospital bed, it may as well be a machine used in medical procedures?

Perahps:
- enema machine (needs attachmets)
- Some x-ray thingy
- a blodd circulating machine
- a vibrating dick-sucking machine (sorry yeah, still stuck on this)
