we watched it this weekend past, I really enjoyed it
 
The Godfather 1&2 . I have yet to see a more sophisticated and refined movie. Everything is just so well thought out to the finest detail. These movies are the pinnacle achievements of the cinema.

10/10 for both.
 
The Croods - Liked it and was better then Epic 8/10
The East - 7/10
Bakgat 3 - 5/10 - Don't Judge, It was half price Tuesday

That is basically the truth. It was a horrible movie. The trailer made it look like a completely different movie than the one that was presented.

I loved Pacific Rim. Giant Robots vs Giant Kaiju. Full of the wins.
 
Last movie I watched was Battleship (a bit late).
It's not a good movie. 5/10
The best part of the movie is where he, no actually I couldn't find a "best part". Lets rather give the movie 3/10
 
Watched stake land really enjoyed it. New take on a vampire movie. Basically instead of zombies its vampires :D

Man I loved this movie last night! Over the top and lots of below the belt jokes but it worked! 8.5/10 need to see if it is re-watchable like The Big Lebowski stays funny even after many a viewing!

From dusk till dawn... it really wasn't what I was expecting :p

I knew the movie was going to be about vampires, but whilst watching the first half I actually forgot and even then I thought the vampires would just be people with fangs. I was pleasantly (and unpleasantly: how could they desecrate Salma Hayek's sexiness that way :eek:) surprised. It's quite an entertaining movie.

This is also the first time I've seen Clooney act badass... he does it quite well :cool:
 
Finally watched Odd Thomas. Good adaptation with a solid performance by Anton Yelchin (Chekov in the new Star Trek movies) as Odd and Addison Timlin is stunning as Stormy. Worth watching if you can get your hands on it. If nothing else, watch it for the cameo by Arnold Vosloo as a ghost that tries to get some laughs with his severed arm. 7/10.

But where's Elvis?

I saw that movie when it first came out on video :D I remember a game based on that movie. Also one of the sequels was filmed in sa.
I digged the second one as well but I felt the third one was pushing it a little.
