Which older games are you still playing to this day?

Quake 3. I play it almost daily. Been jamming this since '99.

Ah yes Doom. Can you believe that Doom 3 came out 10 years ago? It's still I game I played even last year still

Doom 3 was fun for one play through but I really preferred quake 4

You right it did get quite boring pretty quickly... Funny though i never got Black and White 2... Any idea if it was any good?

We used to play Unreal Tournament 2003 in my office at lunch time... Still an awesome FPS...

I played both Black and White + 2, enjoyed them both .
I still play Age of mythology, Unreal Tournament 2004, quake 3 and used to play a lot of warcraft 3 maps(ttw, vamps, etc). I can't think of many more at the moment.

Something about 2d platformers that just does it for me. I guess because it was what I grew up playing mostly.

I have to agree, im a big fan of 2D Platformers... Thats where it all started for me... There are some great Indie developers going back to this, Dont know if you have played BroForce! If not give it a google... Its awesome!

If you're looking for some modern platformers to play I've heard Guacamelee is an excellent platformer (IGN gave it 9.1) and then there is also Mighty No. 9 to look forward to.

Dude, whenever I encounter an arcade box with Metal Slug (and or X-Men vs Street Fighter), I am obliged to stop and spend some time there.

Metal Slug was a huge hit at the arcade! Wonder why there werent more games for home consoles? Or were there?

Yep. Was very happy with them doing that. If you ever decide to play it then consider the Fixt mod.

I used that a few years ago for fallout 2. But let me tell you it took me 2 hours to get the res mod for planscape torment working lol.

My sister is still playing sims 1 with all its expansion packs because she loves the last one "making magic", and she loves to keep a dragon as a pet and turn sims into frogs, I don't play it as much as her.
