Why don't you post on the MyGaming forums more?

Why don't you post more?

Can't vote in the poll atm as I'm on tapatalk but like most I've been lurking everyday and posting occasionally. Gaming news is slow at the moment and with my new job internet usage is a lot more restricted so not on much during the day.

Xbox one's for Everyoooooooooooooooooooooooone :p

OK wait, let's rein in the hype (for now :P).

I can confirm it won't be a game console. Sorry, guys.

I had to google that word.... "whistling:

For all you know, Jan did too "whistling:

Nope!

(Had to confirm the spelling though. Luckily OS X has a built-in dictionary that's accessible in any app.)

I've been really busy plus there is not much to reply to. Terrible excuse I know.

Ja, you slacker! :p

@Jan, Hope all the LTG guys are well.

Thanks, man. You too :)

Saw Johan, Tim, and Luke last night actually. They're crazy busy, but well.

Reminds me that I need to respond to an older thread on MyBB where Toxic demands answers for why he is no longer receiving his free weekly online entertainment.

I don't contribute as much as others because I don't really wanna post for the sake of posting, but only if I have something (even trivial) to actually add to a thread...one day I'll slowly creep into the top 25 though....like a neeenja :D

@Tooks and Archie good to see you guys post.

Likewise, and I was just about to say I haven't seen you post in quite a while, although I know you okes hang out in TK a lot more :P

Just to clarify: I know you're referring to posts in the forum regarding news articles - there are quite a few from MyBB. However, the news on the front page of MyGaming which go into the Gaming News forum is mostly original content and is not simply syndicated from MyBroadband.

Obviously we do occasionally post something from MyBB that is relevant to you guys on our front page (big broadband price movements, etc. etc.), but it isn't a regular occurrence.

Ok fair enough dude, but some days it just really feels like there's nothing new or interesting to read on MyG. However I have to commend Kevin Lancaster on his articles though. His articles have been really entertaining!

*I'm just giving my honest opinion so that it can help you guys improve your forum.

Other Reason: Most of my posting is in the Anime thread when I have time (which is between studying or just to check new posts or general procrastination). Oh! I post in the console threads as well.

Well... Read Don Juan or post on MyG? It is a no brainer in my opinion.

Fkit. I have to get through this canto, or I am not going to my assignment done on time.
I am out.
I meant that general procrastination is the same reason I replied to this thread(and your post).

I've tried to post as often as I can here. I have been crazy busy the past few months, ensuring that a fair few projects comes to conclusion. Now that it's all done, I have started business course at USB (University of Stellenbosch Business School), which is a huge amount of work, which will cause me to post a bit less as well.

Then the fact that there are not a lot of gaming related news and articles out there as well, keeps so many users quiet as they feel they don't have anything meaningful to add to the discussion.

That said though, I do think that NOT A SINGLE USER here should ever feel that they view, opinion, input or comment will be of no value. Any comment made on any article can spark a wide range of new discussions and possible new threads. No one should ever stop themselves from commenting because they feel they won't add any value. Your opinion is just as valuable as anyone here.
*Unless you go out of your way to openly spam, troll, or harm any current member - in that case please drown yourself in a shallow river....

To post or "post more", one has to have an idea, proposal or implementation, usually regarding topics related to typical forum discussions. Also, to have more posts, input or feedback from other users is also important, as this may vary in quantity or amount - since users will share various viewpoints on a particularly topic (e.g games).

I suppose this thread is simply asking: "What in your life is so special that you're posting so fewer times a day (than you normally do)? That is how I interpret it.

I'm lurking all the time but don't have much time to post, being at work. But I post regularly, just not a hot flyer like some others around here.

I want what you are smoking. :)

Really? I haven't noticed it at all. Most of his posts that I've read were pretty short and concise. I only struggled to read his posts this last week...

So, let's move along then...

I have been crazy busy at work for the last while, but I pop in a few times a day, say hi, scan for something interesting, go back to work
