I love the forum community here, that's what keeps me coming back, and to browse the news section.
 
love the coverage of the latest deals available and reviews on major games released also
the odd info piece is good, maybe more cool give aways to keep us coming back for more
and how about starting off a vid channel ... vid reviews and tech reviews but updated to
the youtube age :}
 
I like the fellow users here :) very chilled and relaxed group but due to my playing last gen console (not a hint, just a fact) or a dated computer I hardly ever find anything to say.

I do browse the site pretty much daily though, interesting to see what is happening in the gaming world.
 
Just my first of things

Although I doubt that I would win this competition, as I never have such luck, I am still more than happy to reply why I enjoy the MyGaming Forum.

The forum keeps me updated on what's hot and happening, inside views of new content and games, and general technology. I feel that MyGaming is doing us a service keeping us in the loop of things, it's not like this is a paid subscription or anything and yet the content, and competitions, just keep coming.

Things I would like to see is more for promoters to organise more "comic con" type of events like rage and so on, as for the forum you guys must just keep being awesome :cool:
 
This page is so awesome! I really enjoy all the articles from this page , gives me a lot of reading while I'm stuck on that awkward loading screen on games.

What i would love to.see you guys do, is maybe start to do video reviews on games , you guys can maybe one day surpass IGN and be featured on a lot of game covers. This page is great, keep up the great work :D
 
I like Mygaming because I see it as the "gaming" sibling of MyBroadband as well as the fact that it's a South African gaming forum. I know this isn't the only one, but for some reason I would rather find information on a specific topic on here than on another site. The people in this community are enjoyable as well.

What I would enjoy in the future is maybe reviews or a lets-play where you review and test out a new game, similar to what is done by IGN and Gamespot. This would stop me from looking at those sites when I'm unsure as to whether to buy a game that costs an arm and a leg :)
 
I love the fact that MyGaming is a one stop information shop for all thing gaming no matter what format. I hope in future you will also concentrate on mobile gamimg.
 
I was very new to Gaming when I first joined the community. Since then, I have learnt so much, I am able to have conversations with other gamers and I have learnt a lot about latest technologies, games and consoles etc. It's a good platform where one can come and learn from others and grow in their knowledge.
 
The community here is peaceful and friendly :). Members are always willing to help each other. Though it would be nice to get some more active members on the forum.

I like the articles, following the various threads and also following some debates in threads with popcorn. Oh and the giveaways (Most recently rage tickets)

I'd like more articles as well as some more hardware coverage.
 
So, here is what I like about MyGaming:

I started reading MyGaming back in 2009. I bookmarked the site and started following the articles and news the website brought to it's readers. I partook in some debates in the comment sections on some of the articles, particularly those opinion pieces written by Tarryn. Ah, the good old days.

I started getting involved in the Forum Community, and I got hooked. The community of people gathered in their shared love for all things gaming related was a completely new experience for me. The MyGaming Forum had become my home, a place where I could talk to people I became friends with. When I moved from Pretoria to Cape Town, it was the forum and the people that I met that made the transition so much easier for me. I bought my PC via people on the forum. I won games and other prizes through the forum. The Forum is my home.

The MyGaming Forum is not just something that I love about MyGaming, it's my own created place in the internet, where everybody knows my name, where I can go to people for understanding, laughs, jokes, opinions and advice. I love the forum. Without it, my life would be much less.

Nowadays I don't get to post as often as I'd like, all due to absolute ridiculous stresses at work, and every day I can feel that emptiness on not partaking in the forum. I'd love to see more activity on the forum, but how can I except it if I cannot help increase it myself. But that's my own problems.

What I'l like to see from MyGaming is growth; growth into a site with a particular rhythm of news articles, accompanied by weekly opinion pieces. Growth into the forum, with additional support and activity from the powers that be on the Forum. Growth into other mediums like a MyGaming Podcast, MyGaming Youtube Channel, MyGaming Reviews on Metacritic, MyGaming Community Challenges and more. I want to see MyGaming grow the website further than just a normal website where news is regurgitated as it breaks on Reddit or Eurogamer or where-ever. If I want just news, there is literally thousands of other sites to get it from. No, what I want MyGaming to grow into is a place where they are the leading authority on all thins gaming related in South Africa. In news articles, Opinion pieces, Youtube videos (perhaps even Let's Plays...), Podcasts and more. I want MyGaming to get more involved in the wonderful community it's managed to keep over the years, get involved with us playing games. Maybe host some tournaments or multiplayer sessions or something like that. Even Twitch streaming...why not?

MyGaming has the potential to grow into something truly spectacular, and with the backing of a very passionate and incredible community such as it has already, the future is looking good for MyGaming. I only hope they do show that growth I so want them to have.
 
I'm new to the Mygaming community and so far I love the way the people attend to questions and are always keen to help other people. I'd like to see more online groups for games, like GTA online to play with (and against) eachother
 
Hi there,

I often find myself on this page browsing through game reviews, latest releases, and most commonly the forum discussions. The forums are the most attractive feature where you learn from others. It's difficult to say how to make this site better, but one thing would be to suggest to us (community) some short games that are quick and addictive

I am pressed for time so do not have hours to browse and search all the gaming sites. At mygaming I am always sure to find the latest and greatest information to be able to make informed decisions. I am addicted to "hottest gaming deals" and "Games of *insert month".
 
I love the communtiy because everyone is so nice and n like the game previews and the feedback from the forums
