Haha, there's no shame in that, I'm trying to be a bit more active here as well. I need to learn to take quick 5 minute breaks throughout the day, and MyG is perfect for that. Reddit.. is not.
 
can I has a consolation cookie? seeing as my work connection is a lousy 10gb telkom dongle cos they wont repair the cable?
