Woo! Load shedding, woo!

Great, they are now load shedding stage 3 which explains why my power is out now. Luckily I have an inverter generator so the game is still on, but without aircon, I'm dying of heat.
 
our generator at the office just broke... it almost overheated due to a waterpipe coming loose or something....
 
I have been lucky so far in avoiding the loadshedding, but it just happened at the worst possible time for me. I started recording a new song and there I was jamming along happily when suddenly everything went quiet. The worst part being I haven't saved my project since I started and now I'll have to start all over again. Such bullshit.
 
Good thing at our office when load shedding happens go head out to the nearest pub that still serves drinks. ^_^
 
Power went out while watching a movie. I had hoped to catch up on some gaming as well tonight..

Now we wait -.-
 
Ugh, well I though that I would work in the garden and have a braai this afternoon since our power is going to be out for 4 and a half hours. But it turns out that today is a rainy day.

Screw you Eskom.
 
We had 2 hours of load shedding for the first time yesterday afternoon. Luckily I was so busy that it went by pretty much unnoticed.
 
Had load shedding at work yesterday for 4h,had to pull a heavy generator uphill because the bakkie doesn't fit though the second gate.Also had loadshedding last night for 2-3h and i hear it's going to be off from 12 to 14:30 today.

If eskom has so much money to pay their employees,why don't they have enough money to provide enough power?.Also why are they providing power for places that don't even pay for it?

If only i could move :(,would move to Canada in a heartbeat but money is tight and there is no guarantee of getting a job there before running out of funds :(
 
Currently in the second load shedding outage of 5 planned for my area for the weekend. I guess it's only going to get worse [emoji20]
 
Well we aren't supposed to be affected by load shedding this weekend according to the schedule but we've already had it once last night and now apparently we'll be down again from 2Pm.

On a side note, I see someone started a chain message on Whatsapp saying that Eskom is planning a country wide black out tonight from 8Pm till 10Pm or something along those lines, not sure how true it is though.

I really hope that's not true because that's when our power is supposed to be back on again.
