So, I woke at up 5:45 this morning.

5:55 Email arrives: Stage2 loadshedding starting from 6:00

I was lucky to be in the schedule starting at 6am already. FML. 5minute todo 10min of stuff I usually do in the early mornings.

Correction: loadshedding at home from 10:00 - 12:30

Eskom has announced that Wednesday (15 April) will begin with stage 2 load shedding from 06:00 until 22:00.

Yeah, I've been getting used to 8pm to 10pm. Just rather boring with nothing to do

Because you prepare yourself basically for both. The least bad one is probably having no LS at all when scheduled.

Just a heads up, but there might be Stage 3 again tonight, and probably in the same time slot as yesterday. So check your Stage 3 schedules as well, not just Stage 2

Hmm City Power's website is showing a weird message:

We are currently NOT LOAD SHEDDING

Please note that STAGE 2 load shedding has been declared by Eskom from 06:00 to 22:00

However City Power will not be load shedding due to interventions mitigating load shedding that have been rolled out

Does anyone know what they are talking about?

Interesting, so City Power has done something so that they don't need to do load shedding even though Eskom has told them to....
