Mass Effect 2 ... The entire game the story was brilliant and then you get to the end just before the massive confrontation.

Massive Prince of Persia spoiler alert!

Well there is a spoiler warning on the thread, so i'll just go ahead.

To me just made everything seem so pointless. I worked my assoff trying to trap arihman, just to releace him again for the exact same reason he was freed in the 1st place.

That's what makes it so awesome. What's the point of saving the world if there's nothing in the world to live for? All the people left the place, so basically it came down to what is the most important, the land (with the people gone) or the life of your love? I love how we are not given a choice and how we are not shown a cinematic but that's it's actually hard work to destroy everything that you worked towards during the game. The prince (if he is a prince) would rather risk everything to save his love than to lose her forever. It ends in hope, because all is not lost.

Yea when that huge robot popped up I was like oh noes gay ending coming up . and it did.
