Xbone or Ps4

The big question you need to ask is which is better supported when it come to Multiplayer in SA, PS4 or XOne ?
I really would like a Xone with Win10 on my PC it would seem like a good match, but I think PS4 got a bigger base in SA. And that way I get a bigger cross section of games too.
Plus the PS4 a little more powerful so in a few years you may need that extra power, unless Dx12 on the xone can really do what they claim.

Multiplayer I'd say definitely PS4. There's way more people in South Africa that owns a PS4 than an XBox One.
 
I find these sort of threads hard, It all depends on taste, and other things like does the person have a gaming PC? There is no real wrong choice as there are great exclusives on both. You want racing xbox has forza horizon 2 or 6, PS has driveclub and gran turismo. There's always alternatives on each side. Only the person buying will know which games appeal to them the most.

I mean from my side I own every console from the last 15 years, and I find (besides pc) I use PS4 the most, because I love those exclusives, and console exclusives perform better out of the two (eg: destiny).

The first time I played Destiny was on a XBone. It sucked. so much that I had no interest in getting it for my PS4.

Sucked how? I find it amusing how a game can mysteriously suck (performance wise) on one console so badly that they hate it, without having played it on any other console (and then suddenly loving it on the other console?) . I don't think the performance or graphics of Destiny are that noticeable between the two, however Vanilla vs. Taken King is a big difference, but that has nothing to do with performance of the consoles...that is just that Vanilla Destiny was not really that great to begin with.
