We are always seeing articles telling us the best and worst games, I was wondering what yours were?

Me its gotta be

BEST
1) battlefield 3
2) tomb raider (original)
3) GTA San Andreas
4) sims
5) pitfall

These games span 30 years but were each a favorite at some point

WORST
1) Casper the.friendly ghost
2) mrs pacman
3) all gambling games
4) alone in the dark
5) bejeweled
 
It's very difficult to make such a short list after so many years of gaming, so I'll just list a couple that come to mind, not necessarily THE best/worst I've ever played

Best:

Beyond Good & Evil
StarCraft 2
Psychonauts
Mega Man
Crusader: No Remorse

Worst:

Assassin 2015
The Void
Two Worlds 2
Pretty much all MMO's I've ever tried

Very likely, but I must be honest, it was more for me to try and compile my own list of must try games, as well as ones to avoid, I also hoped it would bring back memories as people thought about the gaming history, like myself and my brothers playing pitfall on the old Atari console, every day after school, but each to their own

Worst:

Dead Rising 1/2
Burnout paradise
NFS: The run and undercover
Postal 2
Sniper: Ghost Warrior

Red Dead Redemption
Prototype
Saints Row 2
GTA IV
GTA San Andreas

Worst

Gears of War Judgement is the worst piece of crap game I've ever played. I finished it too, was hoping for it to redeem itself but hated every moment. I flippin loathe it.
Clearly developed by a group of Meat Head Roid Raging American Footballers who klap gym.

-The witcher 2
-Company of heroes (the series)
-Need for speed most wanted (the original one)
-Borderlands
-League of legends
-Stalker
-Fallout 3 + New vegas

Can't think of all 5, but off the top of my head games that i miss severely:

Dark Age of Camelot (Pre-ToA and NF)
Star Wars Galaxies (Pre-CU)

Well, here is some possible inspiration.

BEST
1) Starcraft 2 ( WoL )
2) Shogun 2 Fall of the samurai
3) Metro LL & Metro 2033
4) Arma 2 / Spec Ops the Line
5) Divided between Dota 2/Deus ex human revolution.

there is a lot more that I absolutely loved, but can't list them all here.

WORST

I don't have a lot, since I do my research before getting games.

The ones that I played in the past few years and didn't enjoy at all are : Bioshock infinite, duke nukem forever, assassin's creed 3, sniper ghost warrior and a few others.

I had forgotten about Tetris, there was also that game, we used to play on our old ibm with a ball jumping up and down a 3d pyramid, cannot remember what it was called, though, i'm talking at least 25 years ago
