No Man’s Sky developer responds to gameplay issues

Hello Games has addressed various performance issues on both the PC and PlayStation 4 versions of No Man’s Sky.

Reddit user sam123bir received an email from the No Man’s Sky developer after contacting them about the game’s bugs and performance issues.

The developer responded via email, stating that it will release a patch for PC and PlayStation 4 aimed at fixing the most critical issues and problems players are experiencing.

“Please be assured that we are working literally around the clock to resolve the most critical issues for players. We are collating all the data and support requests you have sent, and it is helping us to develop fixes,” said Hello Games.

“No Man’s Sky is a vast journey, we intend to continually update and improve this game and we look forward to working with you to provide the best gameplay experience we can.”

Despite confirming that it is working to fix No Man’s Sky’s various performance issues, Hello Games has remained relatively quiet regarding the game’s mixed reception and missing features.
