Amazing GTA V Redux graphics overhaul is available now for PC

19 September 2016

The GTA V Redux mod has been officially released, making one of the best-looking PC games look even better.

The mod completely overhauls the singleplayer game including textures, weather systems, character motions and a number of in-game systems including police aggressiveness.

Astonishingly, the mod is the result of one person’s hard work, Josh Romito, according to Kotaku.

“The entire project consists solely of edited game files and data. Xml, meta, dat, and texture files! No scripting was done for the development,” said Romito in a recent AMA on Reddit.

“All features were made possible, only by editing the core game data files.”

You can download the official GTA V Redux mod (around 3.5GB) here.
