Fallout 3 Broken Steel DLC gets dated

23 April 2009

Bethesda has announced that its third and most probably final DLC pack for its award winning RPG will be arriving on May 5.

While the first two DLC packs, The Pitt and Operation Anchorage provided new areas and were not related to Fallout 3’s primary story arch, Broken Steel supposedly allows players to return to the original plot and destroy the Enclave. Players can now level past 20 all the way up to 30, and will have access to new perks. Players can also expect new side quests, enemies and armor as well as weaponry.

Here is hoping that Bethesda manages to iron out the bugs in this one before going live with it. The Pitt was plagued with bugs and had to be recalled and re-released before it worked properly.

Broken Steel will be available on Windows Live and Xbox Live on May 5 for 800 MS points.
