According to Shacknews, developer Gearbox is aiming to have its post-apocalyptic shooter-RPG Borderlands out in October 2009.
Publisher Take-Two stated a while back that the game would be out no later than October 31 2009 after it missed its original release time frame in 2008.
Borderlands will be released on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360
