Best next-gen games so far

We are entering the exciting period of the PS4 and Xbox One launches – and while the PS4 has a week’s head start (having launched on 15 November), the Xbox One is ready for its moment on 22 November.

Setting aside all the debate about which console is more powerful and feature-rich, how many units are expected to be sold, and who made which PR blunder, let’s remember why we’re all here – it’s all about the games.

Both PS4 and Xbox One have had some of their launch titles reviewed and scores aggregated by Metacritic. So let’s see which platform is winning over critics at this early stage.
