GOG and Humble game sales now on

9 September 2014

Maybe I’m suffering from some sort of memory loss, but I’m pretty sure it was just the other day that we were being bombarded by super gaming sales.

In any event, one can never complain too much when games get discounted, and the Humble Store as well as GOG.com have both launched sales that will be running over the next week (and beyond).

First up, the Humble End of Summer Sale will be running until Sunday the 20th of September 2014, offering daily discounts on selected games.

It doesn’t matter that we in SA are actually heading *into* summer – such location-based details are irrelevant when you can grab season 1 of Telltale’s amazing The Wolf Among Us for $10.

Other games that are on sale today include Murdered: Soul Suspect, for only $14.99, and the classic Age of Empires III: Complete Edition for $9.99.

Check back over the next two weeks for other daily specials.

Next up is the GOG.com 6th birthday sale, which will be running until this Sunday (13 September).

To celebrate its sixth spin around the sun, GOG is offering up to 80% off selected titles – all downloadable and DRM free.

The games on sale each day come from the respective year of GOG’s existence – today (day 2 of the sale) features games from 2009, including the classic adventure game The Longest Journey, going for $3.99.

Are you keen for any of the titles? Let us know in the comments or on the forums.
