The specifications of AMD’s upcoming Zen processors have been leaked online, Guru3D reports.
The leaked information is reportedly based on AMD’s Zen CPU engineering samples, set at revision A0.
The general specifications of four different chips have been released, two consumer CPUs and two server chips.
The two consumer chips are for the AM4 socket and feature 4 and 8 physical cores respectively.
Below are the leaked specifications of the AMD Zen engineering samples:
| Socket | Cores | Threads | TDP | Base Clock | Boost Clock | Cache |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AM4 | 4 | 8 | 65W | 2.8GHz | 3.2GHz | 2MB L2, 8MB L3 |
| AM4 | 8 | 16 | 95W | 2.8GHz | 3.2GHz | 4MB L2, 16MB L3 |
| SP3 | 24 | – | 150W | – | 2.75GHz | 12MB L2, 48MB L3 |
| SP3 | 32 | – | 180W | – | 2.9GHz | 16MB L2, 64MB L3 |
Although this data corresponds to previously-leaked Zen architecture information and is confirmed by 3DGuru’s source, it is not an official specification list and should be taken with a grain of salt.
