Dion Wired and Asus are teaming up to tackle the South African gaming market

Hardware manufacturer Asus has announced a deal with Dion Wired to carry its entire gaming laptop lineup.

These include the new G752 (sporting impressive GeForce GTX 1060 and GTX 1070 mobile graphics cards) as well as the budget-oriented G552s.

Alongside the new laptops, Dion Wired will also be introducing a three-year on-site warranty on all new laptops sold across its range.

This is part of a continued effort by Dion Wired to enter into the South African gaming market as they become a household name with gamers.

Gaming laptops now make up around 2% of all laptop sales in South Africa, with ASUS responsible for supplying 77% of South Africa’s gaming laptops.

I bought my Asus laptop with an 3 year on site warranty from Dion Wired, and received nothing but great service from the Tyger Valley branch.
They opened their doors later due to their birthday party the staff had, and one of the employees came out and bought all the customers coffee and cappuccino who waited for the doors to open. Excellent stuff, well done!
