Konami have been releasing some pretty strange, but interesting live-action trailers for the upcoming and even more strangely titled Metal Gear Rising: Revengence.

The trailers have been detailing the intense surgery happening to Jack (soon to become Raiden), showing the cyborg parts being installed, while also traumatising the poor guy in the process.

The latest video continues the disorienting visual-seizure that is the Revengence marketing campaign, while also introducing the cybernetic sword to Jack.
