Although Rockstar has refused to give an official release date for its upcoming Max Payne 3, simply stating that it will be out in Winter 2009 (that’s December), Sony has gone ahead and published a release date for the game in its SonyStyle shop.
According to Sony’s website, the game will be available on December 1.
We are not one hundred percent convinced that this information is legit, and neither Sony nor Rockstar has commented on the listed date. However, the date has not been removed or edited at the time of publishing, which means that Sony seems to be sticking to the release date for now.
