With the first DLC for Batman: Arkham Asylum due to be released on Thursday publishers Eidos have opened up regarding what it will feature.
The ‘Insane Night Map Pac’, which will be available across all platforms (Xbox 360, PS3, PC) will bring two new challenge maps to the game.
“Totally Insane” will see the player pitting themselves against “scores of escaped lunatics” reports ShackNews. Eidos has promise that “these fast moving foes will challenge all but the most practiced players”
“Nocturnal Hunter “will find the player using the shadows to launch an assault on the Joker’s army “utilizing the Arkham watchtowers and Batman’s arsenal of gadgets to gain the upper hand”.
It has not yet been confirmed if the Xbox 360 will be available to South African users. In the past downloadable content has been removed for South African users in accordance with Microsoft’s policy on territories lying outside of the official Xbox Live grid.
Last week Batman: Arkham Asylum featured within the top three positions in terms of console game sales. It will be released internationally on PC on the 18th of September.
