Details emerge on new title from Heavenly Sword developer

30 September 2009

Ninja Theory, developers of 2007’s PS3 exclusive Heavenly Sword, have released information regarding their upcoming tactical action-adventure title Enslaved.

The game will see two dissimilar characters form a strained union in order to survive and make their way through post-apocalyptic America. Gameplay will force players to focus on using the characters to make the most of combat, strategy and environment to succeed.

The story line is set 150 years in the future and players will take on the role of Monkey, a bullish loner, and his AI partner Trip, who is a technologically savvy but sheltered young woman. Both are captured by a slave ship on which they are bound together, forcing the two to work hand in hand to escape.

Very little else is known about the game apart from the fact that it will reportedly feature significant improvements with regards to graphics on the PS3 and Xbox 360 and that it is due to be released in 2010.
