Following the release of Modern Warfare 2 last week iPhone and iPod touch users will be glad to hear that they too will soon be able to play a Call of Duty title on the move.
Call of Duty World at War: ZOMBIES recreates the unlockable bonus level “Nacht der Untoten (Night of the Undead)” map from Treyarch’s most recent franchise release, Call of Duty 5: World at War.
The port, which features touch and tilt controls, will involve a 16MB download and will sell for $9.99 (roughly R75) through the Apple app store. It will also offer three control schemes and support for up to four players via Bluetooth or WiFi.
Development was handled by Ideaworks Game Studio; more maps are due to be released as downloadable content at a later stage.
