TopWare has announced that the RPG sequel Two Worlds II will be released on PS3 and Xbox 360, as well as PC.

The game was initially announced for PC, Mac and unspecified “next-gen” consoles. The company initially announced that it would be released for Xbox 360, and then later the same day a PS3 release was confirmed.

The game will be published by SouthPeak, who published the original game for PC and Xbox 360. Although it was a bit rough around the edges, Two Worlds is considered by many to be a highly underrated RPG. It remains to be seen if TopWare can spruce up the sequel to AAA status.
