DICE is keeping a running tally of problems with Battlefield 4, which by now has hit all major gaming platforms.

A few updates have already been rolled out to address server crashes and queuing problems. These can take time to become active across all game server providers, so hang in there soldiers!

Among the problems experienced thus far:

  • Server Queues not Functioning;
  • Server crashes;
  • Progress in Multiplayer Lost;
  • Promotional Battlepack Items Not Appearing In-game and/or on Battlelog;
  • Battlefield 4 Premium “Reset Stats” Feature Not Working;
  • Xbox 360 Missions not Working as Intended;
  • Magazine Reload Bug on Normal;
  • Miscellaneous Audio Bugs;
  • Single Player Save File Corrupted.

DICE has also said that a PC client patch is in the works for imminent deployment:

We are working on a PC client patch at the moment and hope to release it soon. We will share the patch notes once we have the patch contents finalized. The main focus is to fix as many crashes as possible, starting with the issues affecting a large number of players.

We will update you once we are ready to release new server updates. We are currently working on server update #5, with four being released so far.
