As it turns out, team killing is popular in Rainbow Six: Siege

Rainbow Six Siege

Say you’re playing an awesome game of Rainbow Six: Siege, until a troll on your very own team takes advantage of friendly fire and decides to kill for the mere fun of it.

This type of trolling, known aptly as “team killing”, isn’t fun for the victim or other members of the team who are trying to have an enjoyable game session.

But it appears in the case of Rainbow Six: Siege, that Ubisoft are planning to deal with team killing, as stated in this tweet below:

What hasn’t been revealed is what exactly the plan entails and what will happen to players in Rainbow Six: Siege.

We think players potentially could be booted from a match for killing a teammate, or penalised for Star or Renown points.

There could even be an option to disable friendly fire, but we don’t think many people will appreciate the change all that much as it may drastically alter the team dynamics of the game.

What do you guys think is the solution in this situation? Share your ideas in the comments section below.
