This week, we see the return of a veteran offroad racer, some familiar intergalactic heroes, new distractions for Elder Scrolls Online fans, and some more digital adventures to keep you preoccupied. Here are our picks for the games releasing 5-9 June 2017:
Dirt 4
9 June 2017 (Xbox One, PS4, PC)
Codemasters’ latest entry into its off-road racing series skids onto consoles and PCs this week, giving racing fans something to be excited about.
The Dirt series was previously marketed with the license of the late Colin McRae, and while there have also been spin-offs in the last few years, including 2016’s well-regarded Dirt Rally, this is the first game in the core series since Dirt 3 in 2010.
The new game will feature new off-road vehicles and tracks from locales all over the world.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind
6 June 2017 (Xbox One, PS4, PC)
Longtime fans of The Elder Scrolls will be immediately familiar with the locales in the new Morrowind expansion (as Morrowind was the central location for The Elder Scrolls III) when it arrives this week for The Elder Scrolls Online.
However, things are different this time around. Morrowind is on the verge of destruction, and it’s up to you to save it from a deadly Daedric threat. The expansion adds a new main quest, class, and PvP arenas, allowing you to embark on a dangerous journey through the iconic locations of Morrowind.
