Entire Polaris graphics card lineup revealed including Radeon RX 490

The Radeon RX 490 and entire Polaris lineup have appeared on the AMD website.

The graphics card appears to be confirmed, as it has been listed on AMD’s website, appearing under a list of Radeon GPUs eligible for a free game promotion.

Below is a screenshot of the game promotion webpage, listing the Radeon RX 490 under AMD’s eligible graphics cards (click to enlarge):

The list above could point to a 2016 release date for the AMD Radeon RX 490, as the card is listed as an eligible GPU for the campaign period, which ends on 31 December 2016.

The Radeon RX 490 is set to be the most powerful Polaris chip produced by AMD, and will be aimed at a more high-end market than the budget-oriented AMD Radeon RX 480.

This list also reveals other previously unannounced graphics cards, all based on the Polaris architecture judging by the R9 4XX and R7 4XX naming conventions.

The specifications and pricing levels of the listed Polaris cards are currently unknown.
