No Man’s Sky sales drop by 81% one week after launch

No Man's Sky

Despite its initial success, No Man’s Sky sales have fallen by 81% in the second week after the game’s launch GameRant reports.

While the game previously topped the UK All Format Sales Chart, it has since been overtaken by F1 2016 and now ranks second, just above LEGO: Star Wars Awakens.

It is important to note that the UK Top Sales chart does not account for digital sales and is based solely on physical sales.

This follows recent performance issues in both the PC and PlayStation 4 versions of No Man’s Sky, with the developer promising to prioritise bug fixes.

No Man’s Sky has had a successful but controversial launch so far, with gamers either enjoying the title or voicing concerns over missing features or misleading game trailers.
