Samsung Steam Link app for smart TVs launched

Samsung has launched the Steam Link app for its 2016 and 2017 smart TVs.

The app is available in the Smart Hub app store, with the following controllers supported by the app and TVs:

  • Steam Controller
  • Xbox 360 wired and wireless
  • Xbox One wired
  • Logitech F510/F710

The Steam Link app for Samsung TVs was previously in beta, reported Engadget.

Your Samsung TV firmware must be up to date to install the app, which lets users play Steam games via their PC on their TV.
