Leaked promotional material points to the existence of Dead Rising 4.

The game has not officially been announced yet, but given previous exclusivity deals with Microsoft, we may learn more about the game at this year’s E3 expo.

This would make sense as no concrete news regarding the franchise has been available since the release of Dead Rising 3 in 2013.
