Transform into the local fauna with Bloodborne: The Old Hunters

We’ve known since Tokyo Game Show 2015 that an expansion of sorts, which is much more campaign focussed DLC, is on its way for Bloodborne, called The Old Hunters.

Releasing on November 24th, The Old Hunters brings new environments, including a “monolithic clock tower”, all new dastardly adversaries and even more challenging bosses. Up for a fright?

But thanks to the announcement of Bloodborne Game of the Year Edition, which offers the original release as well as The Old Hunters in one package, we’ve got more details regarding the upcoming DLC.

In addition to new environments, you’ll also gain access to new outfits and weapons to bolster your beast-battling arsenal, including a fearsome new ranged weapon called Simon’s Bowblade. On top of this, The Old Hunters also offers players the ability to go native and transform into terrifying beasts.”

That’s one way to throw new combat options into the mix. We can’t wait to give those we encounter in The Old Hunters a taste of their own medicine, quite literally.

The Old Hunters releases on November 24th and Bloodborne Game of the Year Edition launches on November 27th.
