One thing I hate the most is when it hangs on 98% and nothing happens until you restart it

One other annoying thing is when you're about to install something and you see no progress being made, thinking nothing is happening, only to find out that the window sits behind all others. :/

Haha one of the first programs I ever wrote in C# is still in use and it's a smart client that sometimes have to download things. When the download finishes it pops up a window that it's finished. For some reason the window sometimes pop up behind the actual program and then people don't realise the downloads are finished. I really have to go back and do something about that one day.
