You console "gamers" are so thick (thats why you like evrything so easy)
most of it would go over your head anyway
 
I know about the 3 advanteages that consoles ave over PC

Price.
Ease of use.
Warrentees.

But than PC has countless advantages, any one of the major ones easily out weighing all 3 of the consoles ones.

1stly, PC is well, a PC, it does more than just games. you can do alot more with it.

2ndly, the "Ease of use" thing is either for lazy people or stupid people, in both cases you don't deserve to play games because of that anyways.

And the price of the PC is easily offset by the cheaper cost of games. You baught a brand new PC for R8000 3 years ago, it keeps working and 2 years later you just need to spend R1000 for an upgrade in RAM, while you spend R400 for on a brand new game each month for the full 3 years. thats R23400 over 3 years.

Console (PS3): You pay R3000 for the console. than R1000 for brand new games every month for 3 years. 39000. And add a possible extra R1000 for repairs if something goes wrong or if you need to upgrade the heat system to prevent RROD in the case of the x-box.

8k for 3 years ago, when things were still cheap and you put it together yourself.

And I say the PC work fine for 3 years with little upgrade because I played assassins creed for a while with a 7K series nvidia card and 1.5gHz CPU, that was the game that forced me to upgrade however.

Well I have Mirrors Edge for both PC and console but i like it on both... hoever i prefer it on PC as it is an FPS game :)
 
Ok well we could potentially go on about this forever and never agree....So lets agree to disagree ;)

Each to their own, or for those of us that have console and pc we got the best of both worlds ;)

FPS games will always be better on a PC, no doubt.

I do however occasionally enjoy FPS games on my Xbox, normally just for mindless shooting :D

yeh when i got mirrors edge for PC and PS3 I thought to myself I will never ever buy another FPS for console again.... it just doesnt suit console... and your actions are also not as quick as is on PC :rolleyes:

when I went to buy prince of persia when it was brand new, it was labled for R1000 for the PS3. And I've seen it a few times aswell with other games.

and for the X-box you might pay R600/R700/MAYBE R800 for the games, but than you have to pay for Live.

And you pc gamers seem to think the sun is shining out of your arses and the multiverse owes you a cheese burger and some fries.
