I'm in silver too, and I'm up for some light practice. My housemate might be as well.. And I'm in Pta too, so we'll have excellent latency.. :D I'll let you know my code as soon as I'm home and figure out what it is :)

Finally started playing this. After I did a couple of missions in SP, I thought I'd give a simple multiplayer game a try (having a bit of Starcraft 1 experience from about a decade ago and all)... It was a short game. Got attacked with units I didn't even know existed and the first contact between my team and the other team, was also the last and final contact.

I'm back on single player for now... Getting to know the game a bit better might not be a bad idea.

The only way to get better is to play and lose, playing a human opponent is so different ;)

Yeah, at this stage I'm getting whacked by units that I didn't know existed since they weren't in SC1. I'll try to finish the SC1 campaign first so that I have some kind of clue of what I'm doing... then I'll be more than happy to get my ass kicked with a head full of knowledge :)

I'm busy finishing the single player campaign and after getting my ass kicked cause I didn't know anything about SC2, I've been staying away from multiplayer until I've gotten to know all the new units.

Just a quick question. All these upgrades, research and options that I choose in the SP campaign, do those apply to the multiplayer as well if you play as terran?

Na they don't hey, but I've always wanted a custom map that does just that :)
For balance purposes in competitive multiplayer they wouldn't allow it.
