Steam Summer Sale... who else has spent more than they should have already?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the daily deals can sometimes beat the price of games in the packs. This happened with Max Payne 3, which was previously 33% off in the Rockstar Bundle, but is now 50% off in the daily deals. This is now reflected in the Rockstar Bundle, but I assume it will change back when the daily deal expires.

What I'm getting at is that if you are only interested in a few titles, then maybe it's better told hold out for the daily deal, and if it doesn't show up, then buy the publisher bundle at the 11th hour.

If memory serves, Steam also runs the most popular titles again on the big daily discounts for the last day of the sale.

So does anyone recommend From Dust?

From dust is okay its a 50/50

I think it would only really be the case with the Rockstar bundle because it only has 3 games and Max Payne 3 makes up the bulk of the price. With the Ubisoft bundle, you would have to buy every game in that pack for 75%-80% off for you to get them cheaper than the pack as a whole.

Dammit, I slept right through the Assassin's Creed one. Must have just missed it. :(

Anyone know what price it went for? Might be able to find someone on the Steam Trade forums to trade for it.

Paday: The Heist is really one of the best co-op games I've played in recent years. I highly suggest buying it at $5, which is a steal. Download is also really small, only about 1.8gb.

Its DLC is going to be free as well.

Bought Portal 2 for $9.99 wanted to get Xeno Clash for $2.45 but need a minimum purchase amount of around $10 to make a purchase on my card... Maybe I will buy it with a few other Indie games :D

Dude, Portal 2 is part of the next Community Vote, and it's probably going to end up winning, meaning it would have cost you $2.49 had you waited a bit. :p

Bought Q.U.B.E and Pay Day: The Heist so far

Only have $4 of steam wallet left and I dont play on putting more money in this sale so I will pick my next purchase wisely.
