Riddle me this, Riddle me that!

Sorry guys, been man down with flu and still pwned at work. Let me respond to your answers...

Mister 44 had the ball who past it over to eugene who past it over to Tydmors. So who has the ball?

I did a quick search, and to my surprise I didn't find this one. If it has been posted before and I missed it, let me know and I'll do another one.
This is the type of question you get in IT competency tests. It is not difficult, but you have to think logically.

There are 5 houses in 5 different colors. In each house lives a person with a different nationality. The 5 owners drink a certain type of beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar, and keep a certain pet. No owners have the same pet, smoke the same brand of cigar, or drink the same beverage.
The question is: Who owns the fish?

Hints:

The Brit lives in the red house.
The Swede keeps dogs as pets.
The Dane drinks tea.
The green house is on the left of the white house.
The green homeowner drinks coffee.
The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds.
The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill.
The man living in the center house drinks milk.
The Norwegian lives in the first house.
The man who smokes Blend lives next to the one who keeps cats.
The man who keeps the horse lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill.
The owner who smokes Bluemaster drinks beer.
The German smokes prince.
The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
The man who smokes Blend has a neighbor who drinks water.

Well, if you used pen and paper you are on the right track. Never saw somebody do this in their heads. Even with pen and paper it took a skilled analyst I gave it to an hour to complete.

Einstein's riddle! (Which he most likely didn't create?)

This is a fun one! I'll give someone else a chance for this one :)

Did some quick research and the origin of the puzzle is not known (according to my sources). It is mostly attributed to Einstein as a boy or to Lewis Carroll. This is not possible since some of the cigarette brands used does not fit those eras.

Lets bring this back to life shall we.

Alot of you hate the 10 char rule, having to put something like /10 char etc just to be allowed to post. However there is a work around for this. The first person to link a meme with no actual words beneath or below wins.

GO!
