So I logged into Origin just now and I see they have their own version of a "summer sale". Bunch of games going for R90. Games on special:
- Battlefield 3
- Battlefield 3 End game
- Battlefield 3 Aftermath
- Sims 3
- Fifa 13
- Command and Conquer Ultimate Editon
- Crysis 2
- Need for Speed The Run
- Shift 2 Unleashed
- Dragon Age II
- Alice: Madness Returns

That C&C looks interesting, pity Origin doesn't allow SA to use Paypal.
 
Did anyone pick up Mortal Kombat Komplete at 33% off? If I hadn't spent my budget on other games I would've definitely picked it up.

I see that Final Fantasy VII is 33% off as well.
 
Aaaah, final day of the sale. It's like I'm saying goodbye to friends after spending 2 weeks on holiday together.... I'm about as broke too, but that's besides the point.

Yeah, what she said. It annoyed me immensely playing single player due to monsters respawning too quickly and it using a checkpoint system and not saving exactly where you were when you stopped playing. I won't play it again unless it's co-op.

BL2 is basically the same as BL1.... Get quests, shoot stuff, pickup loot.

I tried searching for a co op game but it didn't find any at all.

yeah you see these are my problems. I already got a list of games I bought for co-op that are gathering dust...

I've played a fair bit of RO2 - it's an awesome game but unfortunately there isn't really a local community so you'll have to play on international servers. That being said, because the game is slower paced than the usual fun-and-gun fps's, a ping under 300ms is perfectly playable.

As for the game - you have to be patient and think tactically about flanking but it's hugely satisfying when you get a kill.

Leaving that game for when I have loads of time to blow :p
