As cool as all that sounds, it does sound like something that will get nailed with the nerfbat, i.e. an exploit. Almost any ability that allows a class to stun/disable a mob/boss or a group of mobs to such an extend that they can solo "destroy" content meant for groups, well that is nerf material right there. So i don't normally rely on what the min/max hardcore people pull off with their classes though.
Conversely Elder Scrolls Games have always been unbalanced and easy even on higher difficulties. It may be a side effect of tailoring to two separate players: MMO and ES fans. However I feel that difficulty should always be increased if content is to easy, I prefer a challenge in a game. That being said his Nightblade with bow and two-hander could also solo world bosses.
