Other than that iv just started World War Hulk... Its EPIC :wtf:
The prelude to this, Planet Hulk, has to be one of my favourite comic storylines.

Sorry i should have said, Started with Planet Hulk, Then World War Hulk, and Then World War Hulk Aftersmash... "whistling:
I've been reading the latest Saga (good times).
I'm also reading Superman and the new Action Comics (and I'm enjoying the Truth arc thus far).
Jis, I've been neglecting Superman comics over the last couple of years. In fact, DC and Marvel have not been doing too many great things in the last while. I now collect very few DC and Marvel books and instead, I opt for Image, Valiant and IDW books.
Also, the art from the Ghost in the Shell is AMAZING. Check this out.

I'll check that out. Quite true, there's few things that are groundbreaking within Marvel and DC in recent times.
Also, the new Death Vigil is out. Now that is a good time![]()
I'm not going to lie, I like what they're doing with the Truth arc in both Superman and Action Comics. The change to supes powers and strength is probably the most striking thingI still haven't checked out Death Vigil. My backlog is something monstrous and it doesn't help that I am catching up with all of that Valiant stuff. Are the current Superman books any good? The only one that piques any interest from me is the new Bizarro book that is currently on the shelf, I see it will only be running for 6 issues.
Anyone have a Chronological list of Important editions on Marvels new secret wars I should be reading .I have just resubscribed and seems there is a comics event happening that I am missing .
Or rather a required reading list , I'm not looking into getting into Ghost racers .
Just looking at the self contained stories , The main titles I will follow but footnotes from the others do me well. I just read Secret Wars 1,2,3
and I am certain Im missing a lot .Most other sites including Marvel give a few essentials but im hoping someone who has read it can condense it. TheAvenged87 Doom is boss hes is undoubtedly the one of the most interesting characters from Marvel. Unthinkable was just amazing and even here in Secret Wars hes right in the center very Fun with the whole of the Marvel comic universe rebooting cant wait to see who makes it out .

want to read all but dont think its practical
Shit, I miss this thread. Anybody reading anything worth noting?.
Ja, me too... I've been more into the board-gaming side of things (and Witcher 3) than I have been reading lately.
I did manage to squeeze in a few things that I wouldn't recommend: The Green Woman (Cheesy horror shlock), The new 52 Constantine (disappointing and I love Constantine).
I somewhat enjoy the new 52 Green Lantern Corps. It was enjoyable enough two volumes in.
Something I did read that I highly recommend, but I am sure that most you would have read it: Arkham Asylum by Grant Morrison and Dave Mckean. Holy crap it was good. It was a trip of psychologically-tormenting brilliance that shows what Morrison is really capable of. Go and buy this now if you haven't read it.
I'm so far behind, I haven't thought about Secret Wars, I might wait for the collections.
I hate what DC has been doing with Constantine. Such a great character...but they're essentially nerfing him. The old Hellblazer books were some of the best comics on the stands.
I used to be into New52 Green Lantern books, especially because the lead-up to New52 was so good in those books. I collected the entire range up to issue 17 and then this happened: I accidentally skipped four books in Green Lantern Corps. FOUR. And it was so monotonous that I didn't even notice until I saw the skipped books. I stopped reading it right then and there.
DUDE Arkham Asylum is the business. Morrison once in an interview hinted that this book is what Batman dreams about. I loved it to bits. Another interesting fact: this is the book that made Morrison a rich man. He was getting $1 per book sold, and it sold out its first print run of 100,000 copies in a few days. The book launched, and like three days later, he got a call from Karen Berger (the Vertigo editor at the time) who told him that he's pretty rich now. I loved the book, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the dark side of the Batman universe.
