Dark Souls 2 Thread

Anyone here get the Dark Souls 2 guide? I know one or two of you did.

Does it include the DLC in the guide?

I made some good progress yesterday. Killed the Skeleton Lords, Flexile Sentry and those 3 sentries in Lost Bastille (with summoned help). I still have to go back and properly explore the areas though since the guys I summoned just rushed through to the bosses, but at least the bosses are gone and I leveled up quite a bit.

The game is a bit too easy at the moment,i've never had to farm an area for souls like in DS so i can buff my character to take on a boss.I've just beaten the Nito like monster in black gulch (fck the poison statues).Claymore as my main weapon +10 and elite knight set as my armor (still looking for more titanite)

I'm now in an area where i have to fight spiders and peasants and spider-peasant hybrids,i've been exploring the other areas for secrets.I have yet to find a shield apart from the drang shield that can block 100% damage,i think i might just make the greatshield +5 or something.

Barely any noticeable difference. Well at least I'll only have to buy the dlc and not the new version.

Well there's differences between both games actually, just in that video I'm noticing different enemy placements. The plot has also changed some what. The lighting and the 60fps are the most notable.

Either way, I will be buying this along with Bloodborne.

BeoTeK, you and Tsar (and IIRC Wlad) really do have a love affair with this game. Can it really be all that good?
