Dark Souls 2 Thread

I really want to play the scholar of the first sin looks fantastic. I like that there will be more npc invasions so they say. And different enemy placements gets me wet.:eek:

Will do man, not sure when that's going to be though. The Witcher is going to keep me busy for a long time still. Definitely gonna pop in DSII tonight just to check it out and create my character so long, but it will be a while before I seriously start playing it.
 
I am really struggling to get back into this after Bloodborne. I got so used to playing without a shield, but I just can't do it in DSII since there is no dodge and only the roll. I hope there is some sort of dodge mechanic in DSIII if it really is coming.
 
This DLC thing made me stop playing, bought it at release expecting a game to be constantly updated for free. Was I wrong...
 
So I finally upgraded to Scholar of The First Sin last night and redownloading the entire game. Hope I haven't lost my saves, but then again wish it does so I can start afresh and see the changes. Also hope that it chooses the appropriate system, 32 or 64bit as well and for DX11 (or was base DS2 like this as well?).

Yes, you will have to start from the beginning again as it is basically two seperate games. Also started a fresh playthrough last week, but it's been a struggle getting into it again. Maybe we can do some jolly co-op sometime.

Been playing SoTFS since the weekend 75% off special. enjoying it...but playing on pc/steam (tv and xbox controller tho. so best of both worlds).
