Wow! 30 thousand souls eh?
It costs me approx 61,000 souls to level up once.

Wait till you loos a few hundered thousand souls, then you'll feel like shit. Only then will you really know the true meaning of Dark Souls :P
 
Killed the spider. I found the rotten to be harder for some reason.

God damn that looking glass knight was a pain.

The PvP is great, just a pity about the soul memory (o and the arenas in my experience have been rather sucky, been matched with people who are obviously nowhere near my level, being one shotted while i do minuscule amounts of damage isn't a lot of fun). Atm I am camping Bellfry Luna waiting for invasions.
 
Yeah, I was having some fun over this weekend with a mate.

I would summon him in while in the Belfry area, put on a white ring and wait for invaders. They get scared when they see two white phantoms coming at them. Was some fun ganking for a change rather than being ganked.

Also trying to get more into PvP (ie. red/dragon signs).

ok... could you possibly do me a favour. I play and own the PS3 version. I am really keen on buying the pc version too, mostly for the mooi graphics and the upcoming dlc, but my biggest concern is the hackers, as with Dark Souls 1.

Could you try out some PvP or invasions and lemme know your experiences?

I have been spending most of my 150+ hours pvp'ing and only once came across someone who was obviously cheating. In general the pvp is a lot of fun. The only problem is as you move into higher soul memory brackets you start to fight only havelmages.

shawt mah bruva... waiting to see if it goes on special on steam during summer sale.

$50 + $25 for dlc... same price as my PS3 version was. eish!
 
Can't help you in that regards. My internet isn't stable for mp games :-/

Has anybody been having any issues logging into the game servers on the PC edition?

My PS3 logs in first time every time, PC takes a few attempts.
