Don't know this game, but it does remind me of another game I once bought but was unable to redownload afterwards.
Can't remember the name of that game either. 
Edit: The game I was thinking of is Switchball. It seems to be impossible to get now.

I also believe it was originally developed as a tech demo for the Havok physics engine, and then evolved into something a bit bigger.
